The name
Fixi Group Limited on first mention in anything formal, Fixi after that. Limited is written in full and never abbreviated. The capital is on the F alone: not an initialism, not all capitals.
There is no plural and no collective form. Fixi Group Limited is a single registered company, so a phrasing that suggests several is wrong for that reason rather than as a matter of style. Where there is any doubt the register is the authority, and it is linked from the footer of every page here.
The product is odel-labs, and it is never called a Fixi product in a sentence where the customer relationship matters. That relationship sits with odel-labs. Fixi owns and operates the system behind it.

These paths do not move. Email signatures already sent point inside this directory, so a rename would break artwork in somebody else's archive. Link to them rather than rehosting a copy, and the version you link to stays current on its own.
Two rules
The mark substitutes for the F in Fixi. Remove it and the name is gone, so it is never recoloured, rotated, or replaced with a plain letter inside a lockup. There is no version of the lockup that spells the word out in full.
Clear space is one bar depth on all four sides, which is 23.5 units in the mark's own 100 unit space. Nothing sits inside it: no strapline, no rule, no second mark, no crop.
Colour
Teal 700 #0F2F3D on a light ground, Paper #FAF9F5 on a dark one. There is no third option and no grey version. If a process needs one colour, print it in one colour and outline the type first.
The mark is never set on a gradient, a photograph, or a fill that is not one of those two grounds. It is also never lime: that colour belongs to odel-labs.
Permission
The marks may be used to identify Fixi Group Limited in news coverage, a directory listing, or a document that names the company. They may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or a relationship that is not in writing.
