The registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA. No other entity contracts on Fixi's behalf, and no trading name is used on an agreement.
Client engagements
As at 30 July 2026
Fixi Group Limited will not enter a client agreement until it has instructed a solicitor. No solicitor is instructed, and the company has no clients. Where a term is not settled, this site says so rather than implying one exists.
Signing authority
Agreements are signed by a director of Fixi Group Limited. Directors are listed on the public record at Companies House, which is the register rather than a page here. Nothing in an email forms a contract unless it is confirmed in a signed order.
Governing law
England and Wales
English law, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. This applies to the website terms now, and it will apply to the customer terms and the data processing agreement when they are drawn up.
Intellectual property
Fixi Group Limited owns the platform, the source code, the brand and the marks. A customer owns its own data and grants only the licence needed to operate the service it has bought.
Nothing in any Fixi agreement claims a licence to use a customer's name, logo or data for marketing.
