These cover reading hellofixi.com. They are not the customer terms, they are not the data processing agreement, and nothing here changes an agreement somebody has signed.

1. Who runs this site

hellofixi.com is operated by Fixi Group Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16725973, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA.
2. Definitions
In these terms, "Fixi" means Fixi Group Limited, company number 16725973; "this site" means the pages served at hellofixi.com; and "odel-labs" means the platform of that name, which Fixi operates. No other term carries a special meaning.
3. What this site is for
It exists so that somebody who has met odel-labs, or been sent a contract, can confirm who they are dealing with. It publishes the register, the company's position on governance and security, and who to write to. It does not sell anything, it takes no orders and it collects nothing about you.
Nothing on this site is an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract. An agreement with Fixi comes about through a signed order, and a page here cannot vary one.
4. Accuracy, and where it stops
The pages here are written to be accurate on the date they carry, and a fact nobody has confirmed is marked as not published rather than filled in. Even so, the register at Companies House is the authoritative record of the company, and where this site and the register disagree, the register is correct.
Nothing here is legal, financial or technical advice. If a reviewer needs a warranty about anything published on this site, it belongs in the agreement, not in a footer link.
5. The content and the marks
Fixi Group Limited owns the text, the layout, the code and the marks on this site. You may read it, print it, quote it with attribution, and send a link to anyone. You may not present it as your own, or use the marks in a way that suggests endorsement or a relationship that is not in writing.
Permission for the marks is a question for brand@hellofixi.com, answered within 3 working days.
6. Links away from here
This site links to Companies House, to the Information Commissioner's Office and to odel-labs. Those are other people's sites and Fixi does not control what they publish. Following a link means leaving this site, and the promises on this page stop at that point.
7. Availability
This site is static and is expected to be available, but no uptime is promised for it and none should be relied on. An uptime commitment for the odel-labs platform, if you need one, belongs in the agreement for that service.
8. Governing law
England and Wales
English law governs these terms, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. This matches the position published on the governance page, which applies to the website terms, the customer terms and the data processing agreement alike.
9. Changes to this page
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they were last read against reality, and there is no version history published, so if a version matters to you, keep a copy. Nothing that changes here reaches backwards into an agreement already signed.
