Invoicing

Send it to accounts@hellofixi.com as a PDF. It needs your legal name and company number, the purchase order number where one was issued, the period covered, and your bank details in full. An invoice missing any of those comes back with a question rather than going into a queue.
Changes of bank details
Fixi will never action a change of bank details from an email alone. A change is confirmed by telephone, to a number already held on file, before any payment is made.
Fixi asks the same of anyone paying Fixi. If an email appears to come from this company with new account details on it, telephone the number you already hold and do not use one written in the message. Invoice fraud is the most common attack on a company of this size, and this paragraph is the control rather than a piece of advice.
Reselling odel-labs
There is no reseller programme and no partner tier. Where reselling makes sense it is a written agreement between Fixi Group Limited and the reseller, naming the territory, the term and the margin. Nothing is agreed by exchange of email, and there is no application to fill in.
