One company, one register entry, one contracting party.
Fixi Group Limited is a holding company incorporated in England and Wales on 18 September 2025. It owns odel-labs. It does not sell anything itself.
What Fixi does
Fixi holds the company, the contracts and the intellectual property, and it puts the money and the attention behind the business it owns. The selling, the support and the product work sit with odel-labs. That split is deliberate: a customer should deal with the product, and a counterparty should deal with the company.
What Fixi owns
The only system
The system is odel-labs, a business platform for UK businesses, covering quoting, scheduling and invoicing. It is the only system Fixi operates, and it is named on every page of this site where naming it is useful.
How young the company is, said plainly

Fixi was incorporated on 18 September 2025. That is on the public record, so there is nothing to be gained by writing around it.
What a young company can offer a counterparty is precision rather than history: a named contracting party, a stated data location, a published sub-processor list, response times that are contractual rather than aspirational, and every certification listed with its expiry date or marked as not held. Where one of those is not yet published, this site says so on the page it belongs to rather than leaving a gap.
What Fixi will not tell you
Fixi does not publish headcount, office locations beyond the registered office, or the names of the people who work on it. It does not name a customer without written permission, and it does not describe work it has not announced.
